Refund policy

• We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange.
• Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging unless the food is found to be faulty eg. mouldy. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 28 days of receiving the returned items.
